Banned until the 5/12/14

hi ive been banned for 2 weeks for apparently cheating to which i do not know how i cheated. i have been banned since saturday (been banned for 5 days so far) i have posted another post in the forums but the reply looked like it was literally copy/paste
from the email i got. i was banned for 2 weeks 5 days ago after only getting xbox live a couple of days previous. i know its only 2 weeks but i do not expect to be banned just 2 days after paying £40 for gold membership. This is the first xbox i have ever
owned and so far am seriously unhappy with the help i am receiving. The account that is banned is -GT -itsJudgeDread

went to try and join a party then came on this and it said i was banned until the 15/12/14

They will only tell you why you were suspended,they will not lift the suspension.

 

ive asked them a number of times to tell me why i am banned specifically what game etc but all they say is you were banned for cheating or playing with someone who was cheating. Surely they would lift the suspension once theyve checked thoroughly and found
no evidence to ban me at all?

i know its only 2 weeks but the fact that ive only had xbox live for 2 days (played) and to have it taken away is actually disgusting..might as well have just paid not to play lol

 

Most suspensions or bans are unable to be lifted, as the Enforcement Team knows what they are doing and would never ban for a false reason. There are many people out there who play normally, and are not banned, but you cheated somehow and you are now suspended.
Usually hacking/cheating bans are permanent, so I personally think you should just wait it out.

 

well they have got this one wrong. As i stated i have only played online for 2 days and tbh within those two days i probably played 3 hours? so the fact that it said i was cheating is laughable to say the least. i only played Fifa 15 and MW2. I know there
are hacks on Mw2 from previously owning a Ps3 but if they check i am only lvl 14 and to my knowledge there are no hacks on fifa? Also the only ppl i have added on my xbox are mates who i know IRL and only pla fifa

 

The thing that really annoys me is you dont even get messages before your banned letting you know if you are doing something wrong? i reckon if they had something like that there would be less unsatisfied customers. Or at least the chance to defend yourself
would be a step in the right direction.

 

they don't send messages before because they know that if you followed the rules of the COC (code of conduct) you would not have have been suspended.
