Banned until 31/12/9999 - Please read

I have posted in the XBLPET Forums already but I need to get my point across so I'm posting in here too ...

My Gamertag: J****P****[The Enforcement Team should know my Gamertag] ... received a Permanent Ban for sending out ONE MESSAGE on Xbox Live saying "Mates Hostin XP Lobby Join Session" to make people join the Private Match Spawn Trap Lobby on MW2. If I sent
out a message saying "Mates Hostin Spawn Trap Lobby" nobody would join so I tricked them into joining the game but then the XBLPET obviously though I was modding, if the XBLPET looked at my recent game video they would see I wasn't in a modded lobby and I
think it's extremely unfair how I received a Permanent Ban for sending a lie in a message but I never harmed anyone if their profile so why was it such a harsh ban?

All I did was sent one message to a full list if recent players to trick them into joining my game, there are hundreds of worse things that people do to "troll" people on Xbox Live yet I get a Perma Ban for sending one message? I admit it was stupid and
misleading but I don't think I deserved a Perma Ban, a one month ban would have been more than enough :/

At the end of the day it's up to the XBLPET if they unban me or not but do you guys think the ban was harsh for what I did?

Please leave a comment saying whether you though my ban was fair or unfair :/ I SWEAR DOWN ON MY LIFE what I said is true

i bought the season pass for black ops 2 and my profile got banned so can you guys give me it again i have proof its still on my hard drive please

on cod bo 2 if you look at my show case its there to gt CaughtHarpy543 but its banned until 12/31/9999 please help

My Gamertag is Do Not Troll, I have recently been susspended from XBOX Live until 12/31/9999, can I get a reason why I was banned please?

 

I doubt the enforcement team hands out perma bans that easily. I think there is more to your story that you don't want to post.

 

Yeah...I don't believe anything I read from people with a perma ban.

No they don't. You're posting on a completely different, and completely unconnected gamertag. How in the world would they know? You need to post your entire (correct) gamertag when posting in the correct section.
