Banned unjustly

I was banned on xbox for 14 days this morning I did nothing to deserve it I had some player bugging me last night I blocked him and he was still sending me party invites and messages then him and a bunch of his friends showed up in my stream when I continuously
ignored him I had to block them from my stream and I'm assuming they either lied to you or he got a bunch of his friends to report me for some nonsense I didnt even do so I'd get banned I'm trying to build a stream and a esports team I cant take a 14 day ban
when I'm just getting started especially when I actively avoid saying anything that'll get me banned since last time, I got banned before for 2 days but I took it because I deserved that I did nothing to deserve this one and would like the ban lifted I shouldnt
have to suffer or take the damage to the career I'm trying to build because someone else wants to be a petty troll please help me with this ban I even have evidence in my stream of him saying he was trolling

You really think Microsoft cares if you got banned unjustly? **** no lol

xbox enforcement team doesnt review these forums, you should submit a case review at the address provided by Echo4Ent

 

Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

1. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an
   orange hammer icon, or visit your
   Enforcement History.
2. Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select
   Apply for Review.
3. Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting
   Agree.
4. If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated
   policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.
5. Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game
   activity, or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select
   Submit.

 

I tried that questions were dumb so I went to xbox support they said they tagged my account high priority and went me to here as an alternate solution

 

Support gave you incorrect information, which they are known to do when it's something they don't handle directly. The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and possibly have your suspension liftesm if you fail the questionnaire,
you'll want to read over the code of conduxt and you can retake it agter 24 hours.

 

That's stupid there should be a direct line to the people that handle that because I'm sure this happens daily
