    Banned Unfairly...This Needs To Be Addressed NOW!!!!!!!!!!


    I have been banned yet again by people reporting me and i have done nothing to them or they "reported the wrong person" I'm tired of this and i need an ACTUAL PERSON not a computer to help me because this is the biggest blunder the microsoft has right now
    is their reporting system. Please someone that can actually do something help me.

    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    I've gone there but i cant apply for more than 1 case per year because thats too much for microsoft to handle.

    Not well. I have a suspension, the enforcement team has no real point of contact making me think it's automated and unrefined. Which can lead to several unfairly banned accounts and if not addressed may evolve into a major loss of a loyal and at this point heartbroken customer.
