Banned twice in two days

my account received two suspensions within the matter of 2 days and I am worried about if the three strike Ban is still a thing because I'll loose this accounts too (third account).

Gears is Here!

^Define play it twice? Twice on two separate days, twice as in just two matches? If it's two separate days is it actually completing matches on those two days? Better yet, do you just have a link to that information? Haha.

I played for the first time yesterday and it was pretty fun. It's a lot smoother then the original, but still not as good as gears 3. I don't think they've done anything to the shotgun and if they have then it's weaker if anything, I'm finding it much harder
not aiming with the shotgun then I did with Gears 3.

unrightfully banned

twice my account was 1 day and 2 days into a two week ban when I received an email letting me know I was permanently banned. it did not do this the first time my account was permanently banned. a week ago my account did not say reputation needs work and
now I am banned. the first time I had reputation avoid me and needs work for months before I was permanently banned. thus making me unrightfully permanently banned.

I'm not interested in anything you have to say. XBLPET or whatever needs to lift the ban on one of my accounts.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

There is no such thing as a "3 strike ban" & never has been.Whether you get a perma ban depends on several things,you get get a ban for a first offence if it is severe enough.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/home to see any enforcement actions on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

If you think someone is tampering with the system just report that person from your console. Retaliating counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts.

No problem doing that but I am looking for an answer and FYI it even said it was an Automated response... I understand why I was banned I wanted to know why I got hit twice even on a day I wasnt even on First ban was a Day the other was for a week. All I
am asking in General is WHY was I punished twice for the same infraction?
