    Banned Twice Forever


    So I'm banned on my main account Unknown Present for communication what I understand so I get banned for 2 weeks then a couple of days later I get banned for abuse and Threats. How can this be possible when I can't send messages because of my ban and I never
    abused or threatened anyone and now I'm banned for 9999 years can anyone fix this error or help me please because I cant use my account.

    You can ask for a case review at case review

    Kep ij mind it's probably for multiple violations

    Remember multiple msgs are separate offences

    And yes it can occur from previous weeks

    Each report takes time to investigate and for perm bans it can take weeks

    Also should be noted multiple violations can lead to a perm ban

    Your friend would have been banned because he did something to violate the code of conduct, not because of you. He would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information
    on his ban and to see about submitting a case review.

    Your friend only got a permanent suspension for severe or repeated breaches of the code of conduct. Not because you reported him.

    Your friend can appeal the enforcement action on his account but a permanent suspension is only issued in the most severe circumstance and have solid evidence against them
