    Banned twice for the same instance


    I was banned twice for the same instance. I have seen other forums where Xbox states that you can not get banned for the same thing twice . Yet I got off the phone with Xbox customer support 10 mins ago (+1 (425) 635-2970, Bellevue, WA) and the nice lady had told me that I COULD get suspended for the same instance twice and that since I have already submitted an appeal for this particular case I am unable to do anything about it . I have been sent an email stating I am suspended for harassment with a list of criteria of which that could fall under but nothing saying what instance of harassing they are referring to . Only message I have sent since my last suspension (which ended on Tuesday ) are voice lines of me saying word for word “ the other day, I can actually see it right now . You said stay mad ,you said big mad , but then you reported me . Who was mad? What kind of emotions were you going through when you pressed the report button on my profile ?” And a second voice message saying “ inhale , … meow” . Not sure how these could violate community guidelines especially since the person was responding to me as I was sending messages so I don’t understand how it could be deemed harassment. Leading me and the nice lady at Xbox support to believe I am being suspended for the same instance. Very murky communication from Xbox allowing a devious player to control my actions on a game I pay United States dollars for .

    Unfortunate to hear but it would still be very helpful to see a reply indicating what the exact issue was that got me suspended .

    Actually support wouldn't have that information. Only the enforcement team handles enforcement issues. Any information would be on the enforcement site.
