Banned twice for self defense. Xbox promotes bullies.

Last week, a player used profanity against me on Warframe, in The earth relay, because I couldn't see what he was trading and asked for the wrong item. He quickly left the chat. I found his account and sent him a message in defense, and was banned for
it.. TWO DAYS LATER, A kid kicks me from a party, gets mad because I muted him for it. He saids " unmute me. Sorry." He was harshly cursing me and provoking me in party chat, I heard it through the echoing of someone's mic. I got so fed up and sent him a message
to defend myself. He reported me after I sent the message. I WAS BANNED FOR A WEEK. I reported him back and NOTHING HAPPENS. He's still on his account, bullying people in parties. I signed onto another account and decided to mute him because I wanted to avoid
him. He realized who I was and threatened to hack me for MUTING him. Muting someone is a right on Xbox. I shouldn't have that taken away from me, but yet, I do. As soon as he invited the hacker, I left instantly. I reported him on the new account too, and
still. NOTHING HAPPENS. This kid goes around reporting random people's accounts and getting them banned, and threatening to hack. He has like 5 accounts so he can just sign in and out. He provokes other players and then reports or hacks them for defending
themselves. I can't block him or he'll hack me. And he's always in the party when I join. Give me your opinions below. I tried sending a review but I don't qualify. I tried chatting with a Microsoft person, but it's a stupid robot. I don't want a stupid robot
to answer my questions. I want an actual person with emotions, to reply and give me a way to undo my suspension. I have anger issues, and I'm not a fan of hackers or bullies. Xbox is basically promoting bullies here. They banned me for self defense, I'm not
qualified to send a case review either. I'm getting banned over and over again because I choose to stand up for myself and because of my anger issues and autism.

It is not recommended to "defend yourself" by adding more profanity to the conversation; this is how many people get comm-banned. Sending profane messages is considered a
Code of Conduct violation, and the Enforcement team will read over the conversation for violations.

The appropriate action for anybody sending hostile messages is to: mute, block, report, and move on.



As the Enforcement team does not post here, the forum cannot assist with your suspension. You will have to log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

This is why you just report people and block them. There's no need to send them a message. It doesn't matter if you're defending yourself, if you say or do something to violate the code of conduct, you're still at fault.

 

well hey, i'm banned for no reason because xbox enforcement doesn't study there own code of conduct. There "abuse was a troll." me and my buds mess around which I see doesn't violate code of conduct. LOL, precision and accuracy doesn't count when its xbox
enforcement. my friend gets a real good laugh now. Definently not recommending xbox anymore

 

You weren't banned for no reason.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/home to see any enforcement action on your account & ask for a case review if the suspension is over 24 hours.
