banned .. So i got a message from xbox live saying i am being banned

So i submitted a case review sayingi'm not sure why i got banned for harrasment, threats and abuse, when i haven't done any of these. and it said decision upheld and i dont' know why because i believe i have done nothing wrong.

i got banned and i don’t even know why on my account i was just playing and got a message from xbox live saying i’m voice banned when i don’t remember doing anything

Xbox Enforcement team. As the case review decision has been upheld there is probably not be much more you can do.

I am starting to think xbox ban bot is bugged because anyone using xbox live messaged that are nevrr toxic or saying anythinf bad are getting banned rn. I got banned for talking about a mechanic in a game I was playing. I can only guess this though, because
there was no reason listed as to the ban.

But the message that got me banned was literally sent 4mins before I got the email to say I was banned.

I know others that have sent me worse messages that I've reported didn't get banned as they still messaged me the days after reporting.

So it's almost as the ban I got was automated.

Hello i a currently communication banned for some reasonand i don't know why. I signed around 1:00pm today and got a message saying "Notice of enforcement action: For more information, check the email associated with your xbox live account. I thought it
was nothing to worry so i ignored. Then as I'm ready to play a online game on NBA 2k16 it says this action is unavailable. I thought it was the same it self not working so i tried to send my friend a message saying "2k online isn't working", then i got a message
popped up on my screen saying i cannot send messages. So then i decided to go the the website for the enforcement action, and it says i am banned until 7/16/2016. I don't recall sending or saying anything to anyone for me to banned. I feel like I've been banned
for something I didn't do.

Thank you, but I've contacted Xbox LIVE phone support and they said I have a ban permanent for communication privileges. But I found a message on my account from '' LIVE '' that basically say's its only for a week. I am very confused of this, because I
have 2 answers about this ban. Can someone actually tell me the ban time? Thanks.
