    Banned questions are horrible


    So my 11 year old son was banned and we as parents put the blame on him. Even though the messages in question was from the other party and my son RESPONDED. So he is banned ok so no issues right? He gets on the web site to get "un banned" to answer the
    questions and of course Microsoft and the banned team is not even close to being helpful. When my son brought them to my wife and I and three computers going AND tons of research we STILL could not answer the questions. Here's what is really funny after about
    an hour of being on hold on XBOX crapy customer service the lady that "helped" me couldn't answer the questions. Wow Microsoft at least give us questions that ARE in the code of conduct. Crapy service!!! but I'm not surprised when I googled Microsoft questions
    on ten plus forums many many people reinforced what I've found out to be true. The enforcement team are idiots and Microsoft needs a reality check.

    You guys clearly don't understand my true question. I'll call support again and if they say it's ok and I get banned for it, I'll "blame" them. No, I'm not being a horrible person, quite the opposite actually. Just using justice to my advantage.

    The answers to the questionnaire form is by reviewing and understanding the Code of conduct of Xbox. If I may ask what is the exact question that you got wrong answer? I might be able to help explain it or elaborate it.

    Accounts would only be banned from matchmaking if there was a breach of Bungie's terms of use. Neither Bungie's terms of use or rules say you will be banned permanently for quitting or having a horrible internet. Quitting results in temporary bans lasting
    minutes from matchmaking (Only for Reach unless this has been extended to H3) and horrible internet is ignored completely.
