Banned Profile Picture??

Yea enforcement is terrible at there job, ive been banned for 3 days for a gamerpic that has like 100 reports on it that they have removed before but always gave back to me probaly because they found nothing wrong and now all of a sudden they give me a day man with nohting on the ban mentioning a communication ban just can't make club post, lfg post or change my profile, yet im banned from parties and all forms of communication. My profile picutre has been up for a long time and literally is a picutre of Tobi/Obito from naruto shippuden in black and white from the managa. There is nothing violent about the gamer pic or sexual in any way as its literally a character in a mask and only has his face showing. No killing, blood, gore or any symbols besides his eyes which are fictional symbols, those being the sharingan and rinnegan which even those have nothing to do with the real world or anything controversial. The profile pic isnt even edited in any way shape or form either. This is like the 8th time ive been banned for random (Mod Removed) that I still beleive I am not guilty for. I dont know if i can upload images here, but if i can i will upload the picutre for everyone to see. The last times i was banned was for gaming clips and since im one of those people who get thousands of likes on my xbox content i can imagine the amount of reports i get and xbox banned my account for the gaming clips i was recording in games like call of duty cold war. They never officaily say what was wrong with the clips ever, just a bunch of what it "could" possibly be. Innapropriate content?? A clip of me with no recorded voice chat killing a bunch of people in a public match is bannable?? A lot of my comments alwyas accuse me of hacking on xbox so if im being banned for hacks or mods then thats just ridiculous. I record hundreds of clips and 6 have been banned. Correct me if im wrong, but since when is footage of a player killing other players in call of duty against the code of conduct. Im not glitching in these clips or showing off hacks or mods. The only thing you can accuse me of that might make sense is use of a cronus zen or strike pack modded controller which i don't even own. I showcase all my clips and theres zero proof in all my clips that i use mods, im just a sweaty Top 500 player, ofcourse im going to look suspicious because 90% of people cant do what i do gaming wise. I even put in appeals and still nothing. Enforcement is corrupt, i knew ever since i got banned for sending one message to someone saying "inv me" and then I go to enforcement and it literally says till this day, reasons for enforcement action "inv me" that enforecment team is garbage and need to fire some of these people cause this is ridiculous. They dont even have a way to chat with someone either, you ambassadors say robots don't handle some of these situations yet you got people like me gettig banned for cod clips, innocent gamerpics and sentences that were not spammed saying "inv me" and I even got banned for saying "add me". Yet all the dumbfounded comments on all my game clips that i report 24/7 never get taken care of and i have people saying sexual things in both my dms and clips as well as racist comments, things like "black pooh skin" and i report all these comments and they never get removed by xbox. Anyone who thinks im lying, go to the games call of duty cold war and GTA V on xbox and select these games to be added to "Home" and then go to your homescreen and look for 's clips and just read my disgusting comments i get from people and no enforcement action is ever done and I even put a comment when i report telling xbox what these people are saying and still nothing ever happens. I want my profile and profile picutre back Xbox
