Banned - PLEASE READ

I have been on holiday for two weeks with my family and today I got back from my holiday and went on Xbox, it gave me a notification that my profile was last signed in elsewhere, i thought this was a hacker so i decided to change my name, i went straight
onto YouTube and didn't play any games or anything, the game i last played before i went on holiday was Advanced Warfare and someone had been o my account playing Modern Warfare 3, So I was watching YouTube videos for about half an hour and then a notification
came up that my profile had been signed in elsewhere once again, i thought this was a hacker trying ot get my account and i tryed to sign back in to play again so i try to sign back in and then I got the notification that i have been banned until 12/31/1999,
i don't know why have been banned because i have been in a different country with no means of being able to go on Xbox Live. Please explain why I have been banned for... watching you tube videos...

I have been communication banned but I don't know how long for. I was issued this ban on the
