Banned please help

First thing I'd say is it's probably a good idea to remove the picture from the post as it's not really "cool" to be posting that sort of thing when all it does is highlight what has been said, telling us is more than plenty to get a picture of the situation.

Onto how to deal with it, first thing you should do in this case is to report the account holder in question (https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB/home/howto#sub-topic2-0), that will alert the enforcement team. That then lets them look into it and take appropriate
action.

Next I'd block & mute that player (https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB/home/howto#sub-topic2-1) this pretty much means that the account cannot contact you again.

Please note that enforcement action does take time and might not be immediately obvious & remember, in this situation it's always better to report, block & mute than to respond as that leaves you open to action yourself.
