    Banned Perminatly


    So Basically i'm playing apex legends then suddenly i join a game with this guy. And he starts to threaten me to hack my account so i mute him and go to bed after the game thinking nothing of it. The next day it says i'm prominently banned for theft? Im so confused and when i tried to press appeal to tell xbox the story it wont let me click it like its a image or something. Someone please help

    Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them and in this case, we just need to sign in to http://enforcement.xbox.com to get more information as well as check if we're eligible to file a case review.

    My account says "Permanently Suspended from xbox network" and the error code is 0x80xa40021

    Hello, I am experiencing the same issues, when I try to login to my xbxox account it says I am perminatly banned but when I go online and do a background check on my account it says I have a clean record.
