Banned Permantly Help

Hello. I was banned permantly for “cheating” on my Xbox one. my account is Ghost559908. I would like Xbox to PROVE that I was cheating and Tell me how. If this automated system banned me, update it. I had filed a case review and they were no help.

I paid a lot of money of Xbox and it’s gone.

Please help before you lose a loyal customer.

i can't turn off auto renewal

ok so recently i got permantly banned off of xbox live and i want to turn off auto renewal but i carnt

can anyone help me?

 

Permantly banned?

Per the terms you agreed to when you signed up, you forfeit anything you have on an account when you are banned. You would have to purchase it on your new account if you want to play it again.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting a case review is the only way to have them look into it again. It is not an automated system. If they upheld their review, then there is nothing else that can be done.

 

well I did file a case and they did nothing. How could a 24/7 person look at me and ban me for the fun of it. I can’t file another report, I want them to look further into the case. I have a Xbox one.

 

Prior to the Enforcement Team issuing a suspension, they thoroughly investigate any report or issue. If a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use has been found, then a suspension may be issued. This is something that you have agreed to when signing
up to Xbox Live.

The only way to get in touch with the Enforcement Team is via the Case Review, and since that has already been completed there is no further action that can be taken I'm afraid.
