    Hello everyone! Recently my main account of 8 years was permanently banned for "Cheating" when in fact i have never cheated. Ive submitted a case review but am afraid that ill just get an automated response and ill lose my account and be heartbroken. Ive
    only ever been comm banned as im an avid trashtalker but i tend to try to be polite i dont even swear anymore in msgs and recently 10 min before the ban i had a non existent post get striked. i put up a post and it was up for 3 min before i removed it 2 days
    prior! I also was spammed reported by a group of toxic GTA V players which i know is a ToS violation. Is there any way i can save my account before i lose everything because of toxic people? Please help me.

    If the suspension is enforced toward your account you can check for further info here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If that is a device ban there is nothing else you can do.

    I wasn’t putting it as a few complaints I just think more communication on the reason for the ban should be given as well because I am confused as to how I was cheating and I feel there should be a way to keep the games I paid for, but this only my opinion.

    Unfortunately rules are rules and that's the way it is at the moment. I do think it should be like steam where your account is locked out of online features but can keep your games.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturns there ban, then you would get the account back. Otherwise,
    per the terms you agreed to, you forfeit anything on your account once you've been banned and there are no refunds for that content. If you're using a One and you had the console you use set as your Home console, you can continue to use the games on a new
    account, but otherwise, you would have to repurchase everything on a new account.
