Banned on my main but it’s affecting my alt account

Discus and support Banned on my main but it’s affecting my alt account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So earlier today around 2:00pm I was banned on my main account for voice communication and harassment.     Banned on my main but it’s affecting my alt account


    So earlier today around 2:00pm I was banned on my main account for voice communication and harassment. So for this I am not able to play online on that account. When that happened I decided to get on my alt account (this account ). I tried to get on
    Rainbow Six Siege and play some casual but the message “Because of bad behavior you can’t play multiplayer” popped up on my screen. Mind you this account has no current suspensions and should have all permissions. Is the ban on my main account affecting all
    my other accounts as well?

    Banned my acc with my other cant not banned

    this why I got banned because when I get on dbz when my other account got banned then my main acc do not got banned and when it’s gets banned my main account do not let me talk and play multiplayer so can u help me do grt unbanned for my acc

    Enforcement

    I was recently banned for no reason on BO2, I think a modder might have done it because I went on the game on my alt account on my Xbox and it was perm banned and right afterward my main account had a 2-week suspension.

    Banned on my main but it’s affecting my alt account

    From my understanding yes they can accounts associated with you. It's also a violation of the code of conduct to have another account for the purpose of getting around a ban.

    How is it bs?

    You broke the rules & are being punished.

    As mentioned,using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so they now issue console privilege suspensions to prevent you from doing this.

    The other accounts will work on a different device,just not on that xbox until the suspension is over.

    then why did Microsoft send me an email literally six hrs ago stating in BOLD letters that I can still play multiplayer but can't communicate but yet its not letting me on any acct. Is Microsoft a bunch of liars then?

    I'm having the same issue but when they clearly send you an email that says you can in BOLD letters and they don't allow you to that's lying and false information
