    i was banned for all multiplayer games due to another acount having been toxic. This is retarded and unfair as i have done nothing wrong and yet now im banned because my friend used one of his acounts or something on my xbox to talk ****. FIX THIS IM NOT
    PAYING 10$ A MONTH TO BE BANNED BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!! this is unjustified and **** stupid and another thing. You can get banned because of some butthurt kid spam reports you for no reason.

    I was having the same issue with my main acount and my smurf acount ( just a extra account) but i kept going through acounts tell one loged in and once one worked i was able to trick my xbox in signing in to my main acount by using the switch acount option.
