Banned on my accounts and had a whole year of gold

My account vi dasani was banned and it had a year of gold and I was wondering if I could have it unbanned along with my account Report Me okay and DooM Taylor and also if I could get a year of gold plz send to email

hello, my account as banned today. i have no reason to be banned, i just got my Xbox yesterday and a whole year of gold and games... i have not done one thing to get banned. i havnt even played games yet because they are downloading... i would just love

So my account received a message the its Permanently banned. So I deleted the whole account and created a new one, bought a new gold live membership for a year and logged on using the new gamertag but when the EA log in part I used the email associated wit
the banned gamertag so I have access to the games I purchased.

I still cannot play online!! Any idea anyone please?!!

 

Sorry but once an account is banned, you forfeit all gold time remaining, and all content associated with that account.

No, I am a community member just like you, but I am an ambassador, someone who spends time on the forums trying to help people. The information I gave you is correct though. When an account is banned, you forfeit everything associated with that account.
This is stated in the Code of conduct and the Terms of use that you agreed to when you created your LIVE account. Sorry I do not have better news for you.

You should have gotten an email telling you why you were banned. Or, you can post in the forum I linked to for an answer. I can tell you that bans do not just happen. The PET does not issue a ban without investigating the complaint completely.

 

How do I get the free year of gold

 

Why exactly do you think you would get a free year of gold after you received a ban? Things do not work that way. Being banned is a punishment for doing something against the COC or TOU.

 

@Doom Killfeed - no one on the regular forums can answer your questions or help you in any way with the banned account. Your only option is to post to the forum that oOustidero62 posted so the PET team can address it.
