Banned on mineplex server.

I was banned on a mineplex server for an "inappropriate username" because my name had the word "stoner" in it. This apparently doesn't adhere to mineplex's terms of use. I successfully appealed the ban on mineplex after over two weeks of waiting. And after
3 or so months of not being unbanned was told I had to get xbox to unban me as well. Is this where I do that? If not where do I do that? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with and I can't believe it takes this much effort and time for
such a simple task.

According to xbox I have a perfect record and no band of any kind on record. This seems to be an issue of my appeal being accepted and someone forgetting to unban me. Also, xbox telling me I have a perfect record really makes me question the validity of
the ban that was placed on me by mineplex.

This is an in-game issue and it will be better if you contact Mojang support or post in their support forums. There is no other way to solve in-game issues.
