    I was recently banned on Xbox live. I have over seven years in my account and over $4000 spent on my account and I was wondering how I can get my account back. I got team killed in PUBG, so I said something stupid on message I got suspended for three days then the next day they banned my account which doesn’t add up why suspend me but banned me the next day. I just want my account back. Please and thank you.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.
