    One of my sons friends thought it would be funny to play an April Fools Joke on my account and report a false issue. We turned our xbox on yesterday and received this notice

    So as a background I have an Engineering Degree in Telecom and could not even answer the questionnaire correctly. I also find it disturbing that questions get added each to to confuse you even more. At 47 years old and I can not get passed this set of questions
    not sure many people can.

    I don't take it lightly that someone put in a false report for an April Fools Joke and I can not even contact someone without going through a set of Random questions. Please advise.

    There is no such thing as a false report every report that is made is investigated by a live person and if there was an infraction of the code of conduct which can be read here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    then that is when the suspension will be put onto the account.

    If there was not an infraction of the code of conduct then the enforcement team will not put a suspension on the account.

    all of the answers to the questionnaire can either be found in the code of conduct or at the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

    The only way to get a suspension lifted sooner would be to go through the case review process.

    It should be easy to pass with flying colours it's mostly the do and do not of the code of conduct

    Which is pretty much what is morally right or wrong
