Banned on a account NEED HELP Ambassadors

Okay i just downloaded my profile on to my new xbox 360 and i haven't been on in 2 or 3 years but its say im banned. I tried to talk to xbox live about this and they do not know why i got banned and said to talk to the enforcement or ambassadors about this.
I dont think i have done anything wrong or broken the code of conduct. But i logged in to my profile on the pc and it said i was banned forever. I don't know what happened but i really need this account unbanned because it has all of my purchases, games, and
achievements ive earned on it. but please tell me what happened and unban my account please. If i cant get my profile back i think i would have to sell my xbox.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

 

You will need to post in the bans/suspension forums here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

That's the only forum the enforcement team read/reply to.

If your account has got a perma ban then you won't get it unbanned & you loose all live time,dlc. etc linked to that account.
