Banned of the Xbox Live

Hi,

I'm french, and sorry for my bad english, i have called the French support, and he tell me to come here, so

I was Banned yesterday, because, in GTA 5 Online, i speach with a guy, and he was jealous of my level in the game, (My Gamertag is : ) and his gamertage is : "" (i'm not very sure of that orthograph ...) So, i spech with this guy, and hi insult me, i tell
to him in french "I'm going to signal you", but he was too speedest than me, and he signal me, and xbox ban me to the 2 february

Please, i tell you to unban me, i'm very sorry for my bad english

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.
