    good evening i was suspended the xbox live ruggero089 profile but I did not do anything. the only thing I did was buy a gold subscription on g2a.com and immediately after I was locked the profile I ask if you can please unlock my profile because I did not
    know that you could not take the 12 month gold subscription on this site. I hope you can help me. Good evening

    Banned because of hack!

    You are responsible for your account security and the permanent suspension will stand. Unfortunately you cannot do anything after the case reviews get denied.

    I have little kids who play on other accounts that have nothing to do with me that are also banned and like I said I was wrongfully banned on my first account because as usual they issue bans under a category, as if I manipulate network that’s a joke, they
    actually feed hackers that cheat because they would rather console ban me for saying a few words rather than console ban cheaters, that’s backwards if you ask me.
