Banned/ No Reason How do we find out why?

Hi,

My son and I use the same gamertag, and when we went to play COD AW we got the message that we were banned for 24 hours multiplayer. How do we find out what the reason for the ban is. We didnt do anything wrong, and would like to know why, or if any one
else has had this issue. Our gamertag is: Thanks

My son was banned as well - no warning or reason given. How can we find out what happened? is there any way to contact Xbox Live directly? This is ridiculous.

Seems like there was a previous cod that banned players 24hr for quitting games, I could be wrong....

 

If you are only banned from AW then you need to contact Sledgehammer or Activision.

Since it's only for 24 hours and that's the newest one for AW, it's probably because you attempted to reverse boost. Which is now worthy of a ban. And about the only ban activision has that's 24 hours.
