    Account has Comm ban, but no end date nor a case review link. Anyone else? How do I determine ban end? (Image is of an older ban. I used this s one simply to show headings. My more recent ban looks exactly the same.)

    Enforcement

    Hello. This is my son's account and it was suspended over 16 days ago. There is no end date on the enforcement status page and the page does not allow me to file for a case review. It only says "Case Review Status." But we have
    not filed a case review. I want to know if this is a permanent suspension so that we can stop paying for the account. Any guidance you have is greatly appreciated.

    Also where it says 'Case Review Status' it is currently blank. Does this mean I'm still banned? The process is very vague tbh, I wasn't given a date on my Xbox ONE but on my Xbox 360 it said I had been banned from communications until 21/10/2015.

    Playing a game 1 week before release?

    Like another person stated, it could be a review copy. I used to review games off a site and ended up getting a few games sent to me to review weeks before the official release date. I couldn't see MS banning you for such a thing unless it was an illegal
    downloaded copy or something.

    Hi are you talking about a
    case review    ? If even after the case review, the ban stands, you just have to unfortunately wait out the ban. You can find more information about your ban, such as reason and end date

    how long a review of the case lasts

    If the case is closed under the review section

    then they rendered their decision console bans are final

    If the case status is still pending then it's still under review noone but you can see the status

    Xbox support is no help at all.

    On enforcement.xbox.com where it tells you the reason and the date the action was enforced, it should give you the end date at the end of the reason for the ban. If it's not stated there, the ban should already be lifted.
