Banned, never banned before thnx to kid. Will sue Microsoft for my paid stuff not being able ...

I got targetted by a kid in a game and the end result is me being banned. Im paying (getting robbed) for services that i bought and even though i agreed to your ROC, I have never signed an autograph. If Microsoft won't even tell me why how when and what
for and how long than this will have a story and it allready will and you allready lost a costumer after this generation of your console, its going well with Microsoft! First windows fail and now xbox territory....think its time you guys need to get new people
and fire the mental ill ones. Cause this is rude its not how you treat customers that bought an xbox before the idiot kid that got me banned was ever born! I will also sue Microsoft cause in the laws here you are now stealing my money. You can not take away
my paid right to talk to my friends. Also i never bother people until they mess with me, but today i got lured and trapped. Next gen after all these years I will no longer stay with xbox but go to Sony. What a trash community at Microsoft and no respect for
clients. You can suck on my balls. See you soon or in a court. Also for the countless 'girl gamers', spam, fraude, fake accounts allowed, scam, bots. Since those should be banned for your cancerous ROC and not me. Bye

What's the punishment for having custom themes on your xbox?

Hi, my cousin was talking to me about custom themes using something called madeo, modeo or something?

Anyway, I was wondering how long that would get me banned for?

Would my console get banned?

Would a console ban mean not being able to use the console at all, even offline?

Would I still be able to buy stuff from the marketplace?

Does Microsoft scan my hardrive for these custom themes to find out?

this kid LR vBlessed, fried my router and now my wifi won't work for anything at my house. Plz get this kid banned and am I able to press charges for hacking my wifi that is paid for by us.

 

Here an example of your daily cancer on live. Ive never done anything like that ever, did tease tho but wow look at this, and these idiots play on all day. And they also target other people i know this for a fact, not on me but many others, i rarely want

Since it is only one day a lawsuit wont do crap. However i am an advicer of the IT world and help anywhere possible on console/laptop/pc's/phones/tablets etc. I am very in a state to fix all of those items hardware wise. I also recommend alot of people what
they should buy. Well you can guess that Microsoft made a wrong move here, and the worst part is you keep making them. We all know how xbox sales vs ps went in the previous years, and also how many went to sony just for your fine community full of help. The
bigger they get the harder they fall. Try to invest more research on Live instead of randoming people to ban. I wouldnt let my kid on live EVER due of the very very bad socialism on it and sexual expressions and attractive girls to boys (highly illegal in
alot countries and I think Microsoft should be punished for it (sony too) due lack of real security, instead they rely on scripts. You lost a bunch of costumers. There is tons of things to be done within your dashboard system yet you rather ban kids and 30
yr olds who are targets. Don't we have fricking filters for live? 80% of your gamers are underaged too, are they even allowed to play those specific games? Ugh Microsoft, you made me sick and sicker and deadly sick over the years ever since after windows 7
was not the main windows anymore. After that its fail after fail, desktop wise but mobile wise too.
