Banned my xbox wrong , help

banned from xbox by mistake , I'm not nunhum support and do not know what to do .
I'm from Brazil and there is no effective support, banned and criminally wrong because I have always respected the rules of the console .

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.Click to expand...

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

If you have a console ban then there is no option to do a case review. Your only option would be to purchase a new console and be sure not to repeat the infraction. The enforcement team website is where you go to review the reason for the ban. enforcement.xbox.com/home

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and potentially have a ban reversed. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

If you were banned from Xbox Live then that is a gamertag ban and not an email ban. Changing the email will not help you in this case. If I am wrong and it's just the email then please post back and let us know.
