Banned my acc with my other cant not banned

this why I got banned because when I get on dbz when my other account got banned then my main acc do not got banned and when it’s gets banned my main account do not let me talk and play multiplayer so can u help me do grt unbanned for my acc

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

my acc is vanderkills and i would like to know why i have been banned and possibly hard drive. What i would like to do is get my acc un banned i have 72400 gamer score and want to contnue to play xbox games and make it bigger but if i cant have my acc i've
put 7 years into im switching to ps3 and you will be losing valued buyer as for xbox Idk why it says I have broke terms because I have not I have read terms three times over and have not commented any of them? I want my acc un banned most of all but I still
want xbox un banned not sure why my acc or xbox was banned but I need to talk to the enforcement team about this asap please this acc or vanderkills please and thank you.

Using an alternate account to bypass an enforcement action is a violation of the Code of Conduct.

It is possible that a console privilege suspension can be issued to prevent this from happening.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

 

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your account. Next to it on the right you should see a
link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

Unless the ban was incorrectly imposed, you'll just have to wait out the ban...

Xbox Support and Ambassadors do not have the power to ban/ revoke a ban.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.
