Banned in self defense

Hi this is my Alt-Account just in case anything goes wrong with my main but I'm here to talk about a un-fair ban against my main. I have never gotten suspended before and this was a slap in the face for me. So what happened was I was playing over watch playing
road hog and a lower level messages me saying the following. Called me a pussy 15 times, Called me a Faggot 15 times. And Then saying 1 v 1 me f**k boi so I proceed to tell him to f**k off I dont have the time for your nonsense ( Well it was longer and I'm
to lazy to type it lol) but at 11:58 pm I got an Email from the enforcement team informing me I was suspended. I think what I did was in self defense and I get banned for it? I remember when we could trash talk and not get banned. But if you all think this
was a unfair ban please let me know. Its stupid on how in today's society everything goes against you for self defense.

Why?

I was just chat banned for cursing at someone but i did that because they said i was trash and i need to kill my self and they kept messaging me mean stuff and i forgot i could report so i said leave me alone **** and now im banned for like 2
weeks it was basically chat self defense and im banned can yall please un ban me i was just defending my self my gamer tag is .

 

Any diablo 3 tips tips there?

Wizard dies a lot if you don't watch your self defense. Barb is either amazing DMG and sucky self defense, or amazing self defense and shitty damage. Monk is all round, some DMG, some self defense.
