Banned in FH3

On 27th september last year forza horizon 3 glitched out and gave me 999,999,999 credits and xp. after contacting windows support immediately i was told that it was just a glitch and the credits will be removed in the next 24-72 hours. after a week went
by i contacted microsoft support telling them to remove it and they said someone from turn 10 would remove my credits. 2 weeks ago i launch forza and try to use online services but it says i have been banned. i contacted turn 10 and after a week they said
they had reviewed my case and i had apparently given the credits to myself

Gamer tag is banned from FH3

Recent I log into the FH3 and found that my gamer tag is banned. I do not know why this happen, and how can I unban my gamer tag from FH3? Please help me, thank you so much.

i lost all my data on forza because i was communication banned while playing fh3 and ive never been banned before so is it possible for me to get it back?

 

This is a game ban and only the game publisher can help you with this issue. The game servers are kept and manteined by the publisher so every decision regarding specific game bans falls only on them.

 

I was told by microsoft support to post on here. Turn 10 wont respond to my emails and i cant post about it on the forza forums.

 

M3tal Daz3 is correct. I'm afraid that support informed you incorrectly. Only the developer handles game specific enforcement actions. I'm afraid you'll need to continue trying Turn 10 for more assistance.
