    Banned in Australia but already bought through preview program


    Ok I've got a question I haven't been able to get a straight answer to.

    I bought this game from when it came to the preview program but I'm in Australia.

    It was available on the Australian Xbox store to buy when it was in preview but since it has been Refused Classification its been removed from the store.

    Will I be able to get my money back?

    Xbox preview program help

    So my friend was in the preview program and his account got banned from Xbox live, he then gave me his Xbox and want to have my account be the preview program but it says this console has already been registered to a different account and k can't go on the
    account that is already in it ( its banned ) is there anyway I can change it without going on that account?

    my old account is currently registered to my console for the preview program but that account was banned so I have created a new account it was already accepted into the preview program but I can not register do to my console being tied to my old account
    is there a way we can move my console over to my new account?

    The best that can understand that is the Xbox billing Australian support team. No one in here works for them.

    Are you in the Preview Program? If not, that's why you cannot find the Quest as Quests is a Preview Feature that enables members to test new functionality through "quests".

    You need to be invited by somebody who is already in the Preview Program. More information about the Preview Program

    It's not possible to be invited to the 360 preview program. You can only be added to the program if Microsoft adds you.

    If you meant the One preview program, invites are not given through the forums. You would need someone who is already in the program invite you. However, the program is at capacity and there is a huge backlog of people who have been invited so it's highly
    unlikely you'll be accepted.

    As Smwutches said already, you need a friend who is already in the preview program to invite you - however the preview program is now at full capacity and you are unlikely to be accepted.
