Banned / Hacked

Hello Xbox 360 Support,

Yesterday I was playing on my Xbox Live Account when I was signed out because apparently someone has logged onto from another location. After that I tried connecting to my xbox live account and the person constantly was "Fighting" with me to get on
the account. After about 5 minutes of constant trouble the person decided to stop, and I was able to change my Xbox Live Account Password.

I have no clue if this happened before when I was "OFFLINE", or when I wasn't playing on Xbox and the person logged on and did stuff on my account.

In conclusion, today about 8:30 PM EST I tried logging onto my Xbox Live Account again and it said I was suspended, or banned for 9999 years.

So, like a regular person would I checked my email and it said I "cheated". I'm very unhappy with this situation because I've never been banned on any game, nor I NEVER cheated. This "person" who kept logging onto my account could've did a lot of Hacking,
or cheating without me even knowing he was ON THE ACCOUNT!

I'm sincerely sorry for any damage this person, or whatever happened on my account that caused the Xbox Live Community to be harmed.

I called the Xbox Live Support after I got banned and they led me here.

Please ask me for anything to get this resolved. Xbox 360 is my favorite console, and I pay my membership every month.

I really wan't to be unbanned because I did nothing at all.

my xbox got banned

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

You are briefly signed out of your account so that the PET can apply the ban. However, you should post in the suspensions forums for more information on why the ban happened.

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

 

there is no appeal for bans sorry you can try to contact support and open an unauthorized access claim and they can try to find out if the account was out of your control and IF (and I do mean IF) they find out that it was not you they can USUALLY have the
PET reverse it, again IF. BUT if it was in your possession then the ban will stand as issued.

 

You best option is to contact the live support to claim unauthorized access. I don't have a specific timeframe on how long this will take but you get a message back with the results of the UA claim.

I don't like doing this but you claim innocence and want to be banned. However, before contacting phone support I would suggest remembering what and where you post all your info on the net. Your best option here would be to post in the section I linked
to although that will still not get your gamertag back.

Running modded lobbies is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service and will result in a ban when you get caught.

I don't wan't to be banned like you claim, I'm already banned. I wan't to be unbanned because I had no control of what the person had done to my account.

I already posted a ticket in the forum you sent me.

I never ran modded lobbies, I don't have any hacked consoles or whatever they do to run modded lobbies.

This is an outrage, if I was a hacker I wouldn't be appealing. Please, I really wan't to be unbanned.
