Banned from xbox ???

hi i was playing minecraft with my buddies and suddenly got signed out of xbox live. When trying to signed back in i got this “Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action” followed by “this account is permanently suspended from Xbox Live due to inappropriate
conduct or content. Etc...

I dont know why this has happned but i checked my enforcement history and it says it could be due to the following: “Modified harware, software, network manipulation “ but i havent done any if that, i have altered my network settings to better suit my router
for port forwarding but never used any manipulation i was in a party with my buddies and playing fallout 4 then minecraft i dont know what is going on but i want it fixed. I only bought this console about 3 months ago and purchased a whole year plus a bonus
3 months of gold and it only been about a month and a half since please explain to me how this happened and help me get my account back in order and playable

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

the enforcement page just has a banner over the middle of the page that i can not click away from it just says view enforcement history, once i click it it says the possible reasons why i got banned and next to it, it says apple for a review when i have
clicked this it makes me read and agree to terms and conditions but when i click agree amd just takes me back to the main enforcement page with the same banner to view enforcement history

I have called microsoft twice and the second time the representative said to post on the forums in the account forum and request it under support
