    Enforcement (the people in charge of account suspensions and other consequences) do not browse the forums.

    You go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your account details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    It ultimately is your responsibility to control the activity on your account, and it effectively makes you liable for anything that happens even if someone else uses it. They will most definitely tell you that.
