Banned from Xbox Live

It was 10 days ago I bought the new call of duty game. To my big frustration, it took me 9 days to download it. I finaly get into a match after searching for 30 mins. When l get into the match I experience extreme lag, and im constantly being thrown off
the map and into walls. It was unplayable. After we lost the match, I recieve a messages from my teammate saying "trade in the game". At this point I was just done. I Completly lost my temper, and replied with "[Mod Removed]". Not very long after, I was banner
from Xbox live. Looking back I understand it was wrong, and I hope you will take into concideration that I was mad because this player was mocking me. If you look at my account, I doubt you will find any similair incidents, as I usually keep cool.

Im susposed to get my internet fixed next week, this will hopefully svolve my issues.

If you are unwilling to lift my ban, can you Atleast tell me how long it will last?

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

I have just been console banned on XBL and I was wondering if a staff could please tell me why I am console banned thank you
