Banned from xbox live pirated windows

Could my gamertag get banned from xbox live due to the fact i once played 2 legally purchased games for windows live games on a pirated windows 7 copy and these games synced my gfwl achievements ? I now have a genuine copy of windows 7 but back in the day
i used a loader activated (illegal) copy to play my games.Also is this the case with my gfwl achievement pictures not showing up on xbox 360?

Gidget @ PS3 being hacked should have no impact at all, because Xbox and Wii were early hacked and it didn't really affect the sales.

I read that pirated gamers would pay for Xbox LIVE Gold to play online the games they pirated but they eventually got banned, I guess.

Could it be a pirated/copied disc or maybe a Jtagged/used/banned Xbox?

Sorry, i asked if i could get banned. If my gamertag is in danger of getting banned not that i have been banned.
