Banned from Xbox Live on Previous Account - Don't know why?

I received an email from Xbox Live telling me I had been suspended from Xbox Live until 02/01/2015 for cheating.

Then, on the Xbox Enforcements page, it tells me I have been banned for communications - e.g. profanity,harrassment.

I have purchase an Xbox One console for Christmas with 2 digital/downloadable games. I want to know why I was banned and if it is possible to lift my suspension?

And, if i will still be able to redeem my digital games on Christmas day... Otherwise I will be extremely disappointed with Microsoft.

My previous account's gamertag was "aadaaam".

Made a new account , can't access downloaded content.

MY account recently got banned. I can't go on it anymore totally gone. Now problem is I made a new xbox live account, I bought another season pass for call of duty black ops 3 , and I can not access my gobblegums on the system they have for zombies. I still
have all my digital games from the previous banned account which are all "digital games" . I don't know if it is set as my home xbox but i violated the policy agreement. So I just don't know why im not getting access to my extra content. thats a decent amount

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

You've already been told why you were suspended,communications-profanity,harassment etc.

You could post in the suspension forums here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx but they will only tell you the same thing & you will not get the suspension lifted.

You wont be able to redeem the digital game codes on that account until the suspension has ended.

Not sure why you would be disappointed with Microsoft,you were the one who broke the rules.

 

I never tire of reading the suspensions forum. Reading spoilt children crying cause they cant play their games anymore gives me great joy.
