Banned from XBOX Live for no reason. Please Help!

i randomly got a message today from xbox saying my account has been banned for a week. i didnt do anything wrong. its saying i harrassed people online and got reported but i dont even speak to people online. this isnt fair one bit. i am asking the xbox team
to please review my suspension because this is injustice. i just want to enjoy playing without worrying about someone falsely accusing me of harassment. just two nights ago i renewed my 1 year XBOX live subscription, and im not thinking it may have no been
such a good idea.. would one of the ambassadors please help me to get my account back?

Suspended for no reason

About 2 weeks ago I was coms banned for no reason at all, today I was also suspended off Xbox live for no reason at all . I follow all the xbox live rules but yet I still get banned. Could someone please help me?

The only way you get suspended is if you violate the code of conduct. Stay within the rules and you'll be fine. False reports against you, will not get a suspension.
