Banned From xbox live for no reason at all.

Hello, I tried to sign into my xbox live account today, me account is "L Jud L". I have not gone against anything in the xbl terms and conditions and I have been banned. I would like to know the reason for this and any evidence you have for my account to
be banned. I am positive you will not find any what so ever. Also will I still be paying for xbox live gold? I have been paying for xbox live for almost 5 years and I have enjoyed using your services until now. I am really confused as to why my account is
banned. Can you please reply back to me as I had really rubbish customer support when I rang xbox live support.

Suspended for no reason

About 2 weeks ago I was coms banned for no reason at all, today I was also suspended off Xbox live for no reason at all . I follow all the xbox live rules but yet I still get banned. Could someone please help me?

nobody is banned for no reason if you want to find out why you were banned you will have to create a thread here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx make sure you include the game tag that was banned.

 

I have been banned for no reason. I rarely use my xbox and when I do it's to go on mw2 or gta 5. So unfortunately you are wrong...

 

not true you can be banned for having inappropriate content in your bio or for communications not just game play so yes I am correct they do not ban an account unless there was a violation against the code of conduct sorry.

 

Nope. I have just read the email and it says account stealing or phishing when I haven't. Microsoft can check my messages ect. and will not find anything according to doing this.

 

you should post in the ban/suspension forum but it is only to find out why you were banned sadly there is no appeals for them and bans are not reversed sorry.
