    banned from xbox live for more than 24 hours and can't file case review


    i have been banned for doing nothing wrong.

    i have a received communications ban for doing nothing wrong and i am unable to make a case review but the ban is for longer than 24 hours the ban started on the 23rd at 8:15pm and runs till the 25th at 12:15am. last time i checked that is longer than 24
    hours and i was unjustly banned.

    get this sorted i have been a member for almost 7 years and never been banned before.

    I am not happy at all!

    Can anyone help me get in contact with someone as i have tried to contact xbox support but they can't do anything

    Hi,

    No one will be able to help you here as the concerned team (XBLPET) no longer use the forums, the Enforcement site is the only way but it seems that currently it is not very reliable...

    You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

    It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.
