    Hello. I do not understand why I have been banned as I have not been participating in any cheating methods and I have never seen cheating on xbox one. But last week I have been playing Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 and I was playing in a public session and I
    received items from a hacker. I never wanted these or intended to get them. I am fully against any type of hacks/cheating. I am very confused. Thanks

    I was recently banned last night on my new Xbox one x i have on the account , i was banned for apparently cheating, when i never cheated on my new Xbox one x i only play fortnite, titan fall 2, and nba 2k18 how can u cheat
    on those games? the only time i possibly did was when i teamed with a random in solo's on fortnite. I care about this because i would like my temporary 2 week suspension off my account. I am 12 years old and never cussed at someone, nore did something bad

    Apparently not many read the "My Console was banned" section of the forums. All of you are utterly naive. XBLPET has been seen writing 'epidemic' levels of cheating. Xbox did a mass ban for MW2, that banned over 1.2 million of the 14 million gamers, in
    one day.

    its a perma suspension, apparently for cheating, if they could tell me what and how i cheated on an xbox packaged away id be happy
    There's no time limit on when you can be banned for something.You were most likely banned for something you did before your xbox was packaged away..

    Permanent bans are thoroughly investigated which takes time so the ban could be for something you did months ago.

    here     to find info on your suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

    Have to agree with Eggnogga,cheating is cheating & deserves a perma ban from xbox live.

    The fact that you regret it now makes no difference & you didn't just do it once,not that cheating only once makes it acceptable.

    By posing on the official forums you have made it more likely that your account will get banned.
