Banned from XBOX Live for 24hrs

Hi you have banned me from xbox live for doing nothing. Some crazy french guy started sending me messages and abusing me next thing i know he has reported me. You haven't looked at the case properly and have unlawfully banned me
from a service which i pay for. Sort it out please.

Request to speak to enforcement

Got banned from communication for more than 24hrs for no reason when I was being harassed from the start by some random person.

I got communications banned for 24hrs and after that i didnt contact anyone and the enforcement team slaped on another 6days for no reason

Enforcement actions are not dealt with on the forums, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here, and nobody else on the forum has access to your suspension records.

You will need to log in to
http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

Whenever you encounter another player on Xbox Live who gives you a problem, be sure to perform these steps:

Do not talk to them at all.

Mute.

Block.

Report (for harassment).

If the ban is longer the 24hrs, you can appeal it through the Xbox enforcement team website.
