banned from xbox live for $2.65

i brought some DLC for COD Ghosts for $2.65 australian on 1st of march and made the stupid assumption that when a purchase is made i was charged straight away. this seems to not be the case. what i did was i than checked my account, saw i had some change
in there and brought some iOS apps.

next i received one of those "Microsoft Account Update Required to Avoid Interruption in Service" emails. it seems that instead of trying to debit my card again you have just banned me from xbox gold and when i called to speak to customer service i was told
that my card had been declined too many times and the only way to fix this was to get a new card.

well no. the money is in my account but it seems like you guys are unable to actually do the correct thing and do a manual debit. i'm absolutely livid right now, and really am considering making a complaint to the consumer authorites as i have lost pre paid
access to gold.

anyone have any ideas what i can do short of getting a new card?

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

The average that I've seen is around 0.9 or so...
