Banned from xBox Live because of "cheating"?

if they ban their xbox console from live for cheating there wont be nearly as many cheaters, people have lost their accounts for alot less, ban the console microsoft!!

Have to agree with Eggnogga,cheating is cheating & deserves a perma ban from xbox live.

The fact that you regret it now makes no difference & you didn't just do it once,not that cheating only once makes it acceptable.

By posing on the official forums you have made it more likely that your account will get banned.

If you are intentionally playing with someone who's cheating or who has mod tools, you and that player will get banned from Xbox Live.

Actually even entering a modded lobby can potentially get you banned from Xbox LIVE... cheating is against the rules you know.

If you bought your Xbox used, there's a good chance that it was an Xbox that got caught cheating, and the console itself was permanently banned from Xbox LIVE. You will have to take this issue up with the retailer or person you purchased the Xbox from, as
the ban in place cannot be removed.
