Banned from Xbox live and messageing

I was being messages hateful messaging and I'm someone who suffers from depression and it's so I reacted the only way I knew how and pretended to be xbox security to scare him away I never said anything bad or called him names I just wanted him to leave
me alone and I stopped messaging and he continued to send more messages calling me garbage and that I suck. I know I was wrong but I was just trying to make him leave me alone .. and didn't think to block at the moment . , here's everything said .. Xbox is
my only way to suppress depression it keeps me happy and gives me something to have fun with ... please I don't want this taken away from me .. I learned my lesson

xbox live problems

hi is anyone having problems with messageing and sending invites or cing who is online? is xbox live messing up again?

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to suspensions.

No, you will get a ban if someone reported a message. Xbox Live does not track messages, it needs input from software to raise a ban flag.

If you didn't get the message from xbox live then a ban was not enforced on the user.

that's normally the error message you receive if youre either banned from xbox live or don't have an active xbox live gold subscription
