Banned from Xbox ambassadors

How can I get unbanned from the program ambassadors? I really don't know why I get the ban, I have gold and I never had a suspension or action against my account from enforcement.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

May I please have a proper explanation of why I was permanently banned from the Ambassador Program?

In 2016 I joined the Ambassador Program & shortly after I was "Permenantly Banned" from the program without an explanation of why nor was I emailed & informed a reason for the permenant ban.

When I go to: Xbox Ambassadors it says: "You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement action
on your account. For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors Access Forum."

& also I`m not allowed to chat with Ambassadors on my gamertag "iN8k"

Hi there.

Unfortunately, we are not part of the team that runs the program here on the forums and would not have insight into why you were banned.

There are of course other things besides Enforcement suspensions that can get you removed from the program such as requesting inappropriate info or the manner in which you responded to player when answering a support question.

We would not be able to unban you from the program but we do hope that you are able to learn something from the
FAQ.

Care to clarify? I am not sure what you mean by this. Banned from Xbox Live? Banned from Xbox Ambassadors?

Can you add some more info to this please.

Upon entering the Xbox Ambassador site, I am redirected to a reoccurring message reiterating what I had supposedly done to recieve a ban.

It's the normal procedure, when you have a ban you are automatically expelled from the Xbox Ambassadors group. It should be understood if the ban is caused by an error or there has been a violation.

Did you possibly get an enforcement action?

If so this would disqualify you from being an ambassador also.

I would suggest contacting your CM to clarify. Normally they send you a warning first(not sure if that has changed)
