Banned from xbox ambassadors for no reason

I was banned from the ambassadors platform for no apparent reason, the only history I have was a two-day suspension that had already been served some time ago, other than that I have no history of banning or expulsion, especially nothing related to misconduct in the community I've had an Xbox for 5 years now, the message that appears is:

You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program due to one or more of the following reasons:

Unacceptable behavior in Ambassador social spaces (i.e. Discord, X)

I only use it to view posts.

Inappropriate behavior on the Official Xbox Forums

The only forum I'm part of is reddit, which I used to interact with the community.

Patterns of program cheating on this account and/or ban evasion

I can't remember anything that suggests cheating in all my time on the account.

I am extremely disappointed by the ban knowing that I did not commit any of these infractions, I was advised to check my suspension history and I only have two suspensions, which should have been just one, but I was taxed twice and I did not understand the reason, which has already been completed, in 5 years on the xbox platform I cannot remember any of the behaviors mentioned above due to the ban, I humbly ask that you can help me reverse this situation if possible, I am outraged but I am still a fan of the platform and I like being part of the program and of the community.
