Banned from using communication features for a week

I'm being told to post this by Clarebith T. from Xbox Support on this issue. I will start at the beginning

My gamertag is The Zman987. I play a game called Destiny, which I'm sure people are familiar of. For anyone who doesn't know of the website, I happen to use a website called Destinylfg.net in order to connect with other players to do team based activities
such as a raid, matchmaking, or story missions. Through the website, I can securely log into my account, here on xbox.com, and directly send messages to other users asking for invitations to said activities.

As of about two days ago, however, I receive a message in my inbox stating that there was an enforcement action taken against my account and that I could no longer use party chat or any kind of text or voice communication features on Xbox Live. I made an
appeal on the Xbox Enforcement page, and I received a response that claims I was sending messages of "sexually harassing" nature.

From what I can recall, I sent a large amount of messages to other users (one message per user, not two, five, or ten, as that would be spamming) in a short amount of time. To clarify, spamming has nothing to do with this.

Anyway, when I send messages through Destinylfg.net, I am very specific in my messages about what I expect from other players if I'm going to join their games or if they're going to join my games. In my messages, I usually add comments such as "Adults only",
"No kids under 18", and so forth. I am 20 years old; I am an adult, so I want to associate with other gamers in my age range. Somehow, this was or may have been interpreted as "Sexual harassment" by someone (or maybe multiple people) on the XBLPET. I've already
made my appeal on the Xbox Enforcement page, yet I'm unable to respond to what the XBLPET had to say as there doesn't seem to be an option for it. Now the case is on "Decision Upheld". I still think there was no CoC violation, because the majority of the messages
I can recall from memory consisted somewhere along the lines of "Adult 365 warlock, no kids in the fireteam please" because I was looking to join other players in the game.

If that article of communication can somehow be twisted by someone to interpret it as sexual harassment, I would really like to know how.

Banned from using Voice for a week?

I got a message a few nights ago saying I was banned from using Voice for a week. Can I get a reason for this, it seems bizarre as I don't even wear a headset when I play...



Gamertag is and the XBox call center stated I should ask here to find out the justification behind the 'ban'.

 

Nothing anyone here can tell you.

If you have already filed a case review & the decision was upheld then the only thing you can do is wait out the suspension.

Not heard of destinylfg.net but it doesn't seem like an official Microsoft site so i'd avoid that place in the future as well.

 

My girlfriend had the same thing and she did nothing as well. Unfortunately youu will have to wait a week
